How does billing work?
You're billed monthly on the date you subscribe. Your sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard. You'll keep access to your remaining sessions until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to unused sessions?
Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. We encourage you to use all your sessions each billing cycle to get the most value from your membership.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Visit your dashboard to manage your plan.
Do I need a membership to book?
No — you can always book individual sessions at regular rates. Memberships simply give you a discounted per-session rate and guaranteed booking access.
