How does pricing work?
You pay a flat monthly fee based on your plan. Your clients never pay Prezenca anything. Session payments from clients go directly to you. Prezenca handles booking, reminders, and client management.
What counts as a "booking"?
Each client appointment scheduled through your Prezenca booking page counts as one booking. Cancellations and reschedules don't count against your limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want. Your booking page stays active until the end of your billing period.
Do my clients need to create accounts?
No. Your clients simply visit your booking page, pick a time, and book. No login, no membership, no friction. They just book and pay per session.
What if I need more than 200 bookings/month?
The Enterprise plan has unlimited bookings. If you're a multi-practitioner clinic or high-volume practice, Enterprise gives you everything you need.
